Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Hairdresser to join our dynamic team and contribute to our vision of delivering premium beauty services in a multicultural, clinical setting. This role is ideal for a passionate stylist who thrives in a customer-focused environment and has a strong portfolio in multicultural, bridal, and event hairstyling. You will work closely with a team of professionals, including cosmetic nurses and doctors, to provide holistic beauty and wellness solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. Your creativity, cultural awareness, and technical expertise will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and supporting the growth of our brand across South Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

• Consultation, styling, and hair care for clients, particularly those receiving medical-grade or anti-aging treatments.
• Advanced hair cutting, colouring, and event/bridal hairstyling.
• Application of eco-friendly, herbal, and TGA-compliant salon product lines.
• Expertise in traditional styling methods for Indian, Middle Eastern, Southeast Asian, and multicultural clients.
• Training, mentoring, and supervision of junior staff.
• Strict compliance with Australian hygiene standards and clinical protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years full-time experience in hairdressing, particularly in multicultural or high-end salons.
• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent (international qualifications acceptable if VETASSESS assessed).
• Proven ability in bridal and traditional styling techniques, including henna-based hair treatments (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with an emphasis on working in a clinical and culturally sensitive environment.
• Commitment to Australian industry hygiene practices and use of TGA-compliant products.
